These terms govern your use of our services, including the recovery of “Ghost Funds” from the Solana blockchain, and constitute a legal agreement between you and GhostFunds.xyz. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform. Please read these terms carefully, as they include important information regarding fees, disclaimers, and your responsibilities.

GhostFunds.xyz provides a tool to help users recover tiny amounts of Solana (SOL) held in associated token accounts (ATAs) on the Solana network. This service is provided “as is” and without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that every account will be successfully processed or that all funds will be recoverable. The platform facilitates a transaction on your behalf, but the final outcome is dependent on the state of the Solana network and the specific tokens held within your ATAs. You acknowledge and accept that you are solely responsible for verifying all transactions and understanding the process before approving any actions on our platform.

You understand and agree that the use of GhostFunds.xyz is at your own risk. The platform charges a 19% fee on all recovered funds, along with a small processing fee of 0.00001 SOL per transaction. You are responsible for ensuring your wallet has sufficient SOL to cover these fees and any network transaction costs. Furthermore, you explicitly acknowledge that certain tokens—those with real market value or an amount greater than 1 and cannot be burned and are therefore not eligible for recovery through our service. Any attempt to claim these funds may result in a failed transaction.

When you interact with tokens labeled with a ⚠️ warning icon, you acknowledge a heightened risk. These tokens may represent dust tokens or be associated with open trades. By selecting and claiming these specific tokens, you are explicitly authorizing a “burn instruction,” which will **permanently destroy** all tokens within that associated token account. You understand that this action is irreversible, and any value, trade position, or rights associated with those tokens will be lost forever. GhostFunds.xyz is not responsible for any losses incurred from burning tokens or closing open trades.
